To use the services of camping "Lighthouse Beņķi," a valid identification document (passport or ID card) must be presented. 

Staying on the premises of "Lighthouse Beņķi" is permitted only for paying customers.Guests of camping "Lighthouse Beņķi" agree to follow generally accepted standards of conduct. 

The camping administration does not assume financial responsibility for guests' personal belongings. 

While staying on the camping grounds, guests agree to observe quiet hours from 23:00 to 07:00. This means that playing music and making noise is not permitted. At all other times, we kindly ask you to keep music at a low volume so as not to disturb other guests. 

The daily rate for staying at "Lighthouse Beņķi" applies from 15:00 on the day of arrival until 12:00 the following day. If a guest remains on the premises after 12:00, the staff reserves the right to charge half of the daily rate for the pitch or accommodation rental. 

At "Lighthouse Beņķi," trailer and tent pitches are assigned by a staff member. Setting up tents without authorization is prohibited. It is also forbidden to light campfires or grills in undesignated areas and without the permission of the camping administration. 

Guests are responsible for supervising their children, exercising particular caution near the water. At "Lighthouse Beņķi," cars must be parked only in designated parking areas; waste must be disposed of only in the provided trash bins. 

Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking areas.While staying at "Lighthouse Beņķi," guests are expected to maintain a culture of mutual respect. 

A staff member is authorized to enter a room without the tenant's presence to prevent an emergency or repair damage.

Guests are obligated to treat the property of "Lighthouse Beņķi" with care. Any material damages incurred must be covered by the responsible person. 

Dogs and other pets are welcome at "Lighthouse Beņķi" for an additional fee of 5 EUR per pet per day; however, owners must clean up after their pets. Pets are not allowed to sleep in the beds, run around the territory unsupervised, or disturb other visitors. During walks, dogs must be kept on a leash. 

Any individual will be held accountable for disturbing the peace, showing disrespect, or engaging in insolent behavior. 

Guests are also responsible for any noise they create or allow that disturbs others. 

The staff of "Lighthouse Beņķi" reserves the right to evict guests who do not follow these rules of conduct. In such cases, no refunds will be provided for the services.
